last week i got an error when I tried to start UF version 5. I had been planning to upgrade to version 6, and I thought this might solve the problem, but it persisted following the new installation.

She was able to fix the problem by performing a new install immediately following a reboot. This did not work for me.
I'm a big fan of this software and I use it to design album covers for my music. Can anyone help me solve this problem?
