UF 5 has the codec available to saving animations as AVI files.

I cannot find that option in UF 6. How am I supposed to save avi files?

The list of codecs is provided by Windows (and you can install additional codecs yourself). I think the Cinepak codec is 32-bit only so it isn't available from a 64-bit application. Why don't you try one of the other codecs?
