There is a script in apo that I really wish I could play with in UF (my apo got corrupted and can't find it now as it was removed from where I found it and cannot now find another version that will work on my mac) called Faerie Blossom originally written for Apophysis by Bunnie Clark and Bart Doetsch, am I wishful thinking here or is it possible?

UF isn't really designed to produce flame fractals. Although there are a couple of coloring algorithms that do so, they don't have the required variations, don't support scripts, and don't support 3D. So for this particular style of fractals, you will need to run a flame fractal program. JWildfire works on Macs, and someone converted this script to run in it.

On this laptop I don't have the space for another program (I share with my husband) but we are looking at buying me one so we don't have to share, when we find one, I shall have to try jwildfire as well as UF! Seems the best solution just now. I can keep myself busy with UF while we search for a good laptop at a price we can afford smile
