UF reports unable to find 'phoenix' in 'noel.frm' and updating the database does not seem to solve this.

that's bbecause it's mis-spelled in noel.ufm - here it is:

Sorry for my lack of knowledge but what am I supposed to do with this!
I can find noel.frm but not noel.ufm and I cannot see any reference to Phoenix in noel.frm. from does not seem to be a normal UF file. All the entries in noel.rm throw up "Contains error" messages.
I'm really stuck on this one.

I looked and noel.frm contains a formula called 'pheonix'. Not 'phoenix'. When I paste in the parameters given by Harmonysdad, I get this image:

Not sure why this is not working for you, Peter. I can email you my copy of noel. frm, if that's any help?

that's bbecause it's mis-spelled in noel.ufm - here it is:

noel.ufm should be noel.frm

Orgform folder includes Noel.frm which includes pheonix formula.

Orgform folder needs to be within the \Ultra Fractal 5\Formulas folder or you need to set the path to the Orgform folder in Options: Folders via Additional search paths.

Thanks to everyone who helped with this.
Using the link to Fractint, FractInt Formula (FRM) OrgForm Compilation, (http://www.nahee.com/PNL/OrgForm.html) provided by Encrypted I found the Orgform folders and having downloaded the preform zip I found a version of noel.frm which is quite different from the one downloaded from within UF. This enabled me to get a version of the image although it had one or two unexpected areas of transparency that I could remove by playing with the gradient.
My noel.frm folder in UF looked like this:

I replaced it with the one from OrgForm.

I already had the Orgform formulas on the computer so there were no problems downloading your parameter file. I actually did a tweak a few days ago but was thrown by the seeming difficulties encountered by others. Anyway here is my tweak:
